What we build / Online stores

Build the store around how people buy.

A useful store helps customers choose, pay, and understand what happens next. We shape the storefront and agreed order workflow around your products and operations.

Built around your business

The problem

Where the work gets stuck.

Customers cannot compare options or understand delivery terms. Staff fix orders by email after checkout because product details, inventory, and fulfillment rules were never mapped together.

How we work

Diagnose. Build. Put it to work.

  1. Diagnose

Map products, variants, buyer questions, checkout, and fulfillment decisions.

  2. Build

Select or confirm the commerce platform and design the agreed storefront.

  3. Put it to work

Test purchase paths, order notices, exceptions, and staff handoff before launch.

Possible scope

What an agreed project could include.

  1. 01

A scoped catalog and storefront experience

  2. 02

Configured product, cart, and checkout paths on the selected platform

  3. 03

Agreed order handoff and operating instructions

These are scope examples. Your proposal identifies the exact deliverables, costs, requirements, and timeline before work starts.

Before we build

What we need to confirm.

People, access, and information

We need product data, imagery rights, tax and shipping decisions from the business, payment-provider access, fulfillment rules, and a staff owner for orders. Platform costs and transaction charges are separate.

What needs its own scope

We do not assume payment acceptance, subscription billing, inventory sync, or any specialist workflow until the platform and account support it and the scope includes it. Legal, tax, and payment obligations remain with the appropriate business advisers and providers.

Illustrative scenario, not a client case study

One way this could work.

  1. Situation

A specialty retailer takes repeat orders by phone because its catalog does not explain variants or pickup options.

  2. Possible workflow

A storefront could present the approved choices, collect an order through a configured checkout, and pass confirmed order details to the team’s agreed fulfillment queue.

  3. Designed outcome

Customers have a clearer path to purchase, and staff can see the order details needed to fulfill it.

Deciding what fits

Is this the right starting point?

This fits when customers are ready to purchase online and the product and fulfillment rules can be made explicit. If the offer itself is still changing, start with those decisions first.

Still deciding?Talk it through with a founder.
Can you use our current commerce platform?

We review its current setup and capabilities before recommending a rebuild or a focused improvement.

Do you set up subscriptions or repeat ordering?

Those are possible specialist scopes. We confirm the products, billing rules, platform support, and customer service process before including them.

On a founder strategy call, we’ll map one workflow and recommend a practical first step, even if this service is not the right fit.
