What we build / Business websites

Give each visitor a clear next step.

Your site should make the offer understandable and let a visitor contact the right person. We build or improve the pages and response path around the questions buyers actually bring.

Built around your business

The problem

Where the work gets stuck.

A visitor cannot quickly tell whether you handle their need, where you work, or what will happen after they inquire. The site may look finished while the contact path is confusing or disconnected from the team.

How we work

Diagnose. Build. Put it to work.

  1. Diagnose

Audit the current site, offer, audience questions, and contact route.

  2. Build

Plan page structure, write and build the agreed content and interactions.

  3. Put it to work

Test across screen sizes, verify handoffs, and prepare the launch and maintenance plan.

Possible scope

What an agreed project could include.

  1. 01

A scoped set of public pages and responsive layouts

  2. 02

Clear calls, quote or contact forms, or booking paths as agreed

  3. 03

Accessibility and functional checks plus handover documentation

These are scope examples. Your proposal identifies the exact deliverables, costs, requirements, and timeline before work starts.

Before we build

What we need to confirm.

People, access, and information

We need approved business information, imagery rights, domain and hosting access, legal content ownership, and a person to receive inquiries. Any booking or CRM connection is checked separately.

What needs its own scope

A new website helps the people who find you; bringing more of them is marketing work, which we scope alongside the site or after it. New photography, complex content migration and ongoing updates are also scoped separately. We do not claim a form or calendar is connected until it is tested.

Illustrative scenario, not a client case study

One way this could work.

  1. Situation

A home-service company has a single page that lists services but gives no guidance on what information to include in a quote request.

  2. Possible workflow

We could create service pages, a practical request form, and a confirmation that explains the next human step.

  3. Designed outcome

Visitors can understand fit and submit a more useful request for staff to review.

Deciding what fits

Is this the right starting point?

Choose website work when the public explanation or conversion path is the main constraint. If the site is already clear but inquiries are lost afterward, the first build may be in follow-up instead.

Still deciding?Talk it through with a founder.
Do we need a complete redesign?

Not always. We inspect what is working and scope the smallest useful improvement, which may be new content or a better response path.

Will you write the content?

Content work can be included in the agreed scope. Your team supplies and approves facts, claims, legal text, and any protected imagery before publication.

On a founder strategy call, we’ll map one workflow and recommend a practical first step, even if this service is not the right fit.
