The company
Unlokd is led by Deniz Baykal and Alexander Franshaw. Deniz brings years of growth marketing; Alexander builds the software and systems behind it. That pairing is the company: we bring business in, and we make sure it is answered.
We work from the operating question outward: what is arriving, who decides, what information moves, and what should happen next. That may lead to a clearer website, an inquiry process, a connection between existing tools, or a focused application.

The founders
We work side by side from the first conversation through the build.
Co-founder
Deniz brings years of experience in ecommerce and growth marketing. He has led paid search and social campaigns, creative testing, and client teams across ecommerce, travel, and service businesses. At Unlokd, he brings that experience into the decisions, design, and delivery of each project.
Co-founder
Alexander works across software, automation, and design, creating the components that connect what a customer sees to the systems behind it. His background in photography, film, and marketing shapes his attention to how the work looks, feels, and functions.
